Alcohol detox at home

Ready to take the first step away from alcohol?

You don’t have to figure out detox alone. Reach out today to discuss your options and whether personalized care at home is right for you.

Start with the right level of care

Tell us about your alcohol use, your concerns, and what you need from care. An interventionist gathers your history, and our clinical team assesses whether detox at home is appropriate for you.

We review your medical needs, home setting, and available support before recommending an individualized plan. Participation requires a designated support person who resides in the home and agreement to follow your provider’s recommended evidence-based protocol, including LathMized® NAD+ as adjunctive nutritional support, which we’ll explain before care begins. Meet the people behind your care.

What the five-day program includes

The program includes six virtual visits with your care team. During detox, your clinician checks in daily and records a detox evaluation. Your interventionist also contacts you each day at a separate time.

You can discuss symptoms, ask questions, and share how you’re responding to care. You or your designated support person measure and report your vital signs during virtual visits; your clinician sends any needed lab, imaging, or medication orders electronically. See how care works.

Daily virtual check-ins do not provide continuous monitoring. If your needs call for in-person treatment or a more closely monitored setting, the team recommends the appropriate next step.

Support at home and after detox

Your designated support person can be a family member or friend. If you need additional onsite support, we can discuss arrangements and the separate cost.

On day six, you meet virtually with your care team to discuss your individualized aftercare plan. We’ll explain recommended ongoing care, recovery resources, and any separate costs. Explore family and recovery support.

Questions about your care

Does a clinician come to my home?

Most of your care takes place through virtual visits. You’ll need a designated support person, such as a friend or family member, who resides in the home. If you need additional onsite support, we can discuss arrangements and the separate cost during your consultation.

How are vitals, labs, and prescriptions handled?

You or your designated support person measure your vital signs and share them with your clinician during your virtual visit. When needed, your clinician sends orders for labs, imaging, or medications electronically to the appropriate facility or pharmacy.

Who can I contact after hours?

Our remote answering service is available around the clock and routes urgent calls to the assigned after-hours provider. This does not provide continuous monitoring or guarantee an immediate clinician response. For a medical emergency, call 911.

How long is the program?

The initial detox program lasts five days and includes six virtual visits with the care team. On day six, we meet with you virtually to discuss an individualized aftercare plan.

How much does care cost?

We’ll discuss program costs, insurance, and payment options during your private consultation. You can also ask about the separate costs of onsite support or recommended ongoing services.
