Your next step starts with a conversation.
Tell us what you’re facing. We’ll walk you through assessment, personalized detox care, and planning for what comes next—so you can make an informed decision.
1. Speak with an interventionist
Your first contact is with an interventionist, who gathers your substance-use history and shares it with AW’s clinical team for review.
2. Complete clinical eligibility review
Our lead substance-use provider reviews eligibility in collaboration with our licensed mental health counselor. Participation requires agreement to follow your provider’s recommended evidence-based protocol, with LathMized® NAD+ added as adjunctive nutritional support to the standard of care. A designated support person, such as a friend or family member, must reside in the home. We can arrange onsite support for an additional charge.
3. Receive care over five days
The program serves people seeking alcohol or opioid detox and includes six virtual visits with the care team. Your treatment plan is tailored following individual assessment. Your clinician checks in daily and records a detox evaluation questionnaire. Your interventionist also checks in daily at a different time.
Most encounters are virtual. You or your designated support person measure your vital signs and report them to your provider during the visit. Your provider sends any orders for labs, imaging, or medications electronically to the appropriate facility or pharmacy. If you’re local, ask us about an office visit and any additional cost.
You can reach our remote answering service around the clock. It routes urgent calls to the assigned after-hours provider. This is not continuous monitoring or a guarantee of immediate clinician availability. For a medical emergency, call 911.
4. Precision Nutrition Support
Participation includes LathMized® NAD+ nutritional support in addition to the evidence-based standard of care. Participation requires adherence to all protocols. The team will explain your provider’s recommended protocols before care begins. Read about the published LNAD+ research.
5. Discuss aftercare on day six
Your care team meets with you virtually on day six to discuss an individualized aftercare plan. We’ll explain the recommended next steps and any separate costs so you know what to expect.
