Family & recovery support

Help someone you love take the next step.

You don’t need to have every answer before reaching out. Talk with our team about detox, recovery support, and where to begin for yourself or someone you love.

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Recovery affects daily life, relationships, and the people who care about you. We take time to understand your story, your goals, and the support you need as you consider your next steps.

Our recovery and behavioral health services include individualized coaching, family engagement, and care coordination. We’ll discuss which services fit your needs and how they may form part of your ongoing care plan.

For families and friends

You may be looking for help for someone you love and wondering where to begin. You’re welcome to reach out with questions about our program and the next steps in assessment.

Family engagement is part of our recovery support services. We work with individuals, families, and care teams to help keep care aligned with each person’s goals.

The support person during at-home detox

Our detox program requires a designated support person at home, such as a family member or friend. If you need additional onsite support, we can discuss arrangements and the separate cost.

Your support person works alongside your care team; daily virtual check-ins do not provide continuous medical monitoring. Learn about daily virtual check-ins and after-hours access.

Planning after the initial program

On day six, your care team meets with you virtually to discuss an individualized aftercare plan. We’ll explain recommended ongoing services, referrals, and any separate costs so you know what to expect.

Questions about your care

Can I reach out on behalf of someone I love?

Yes. You can contact us to ask about the program and how the assessment process works. Your loved one’s eligibility and treatment plan are determined through clinical review.

Is recovery coaching included in the five-day program?

Your initial program includes the detox care and a day-six aftercare conversation. Recommended ongoing coaching and support services are discussed individually, including any separate costs.

Can your team provide someone onsite?

We can discuss additional onsite support for a separate charge. Tell us about your home setting and available support during your consultation so we can review your needs.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.
