Take the next step toward life beyond opioids.
Start with a private conversation about your needs. Our team can help you understand your detox options and plan for support beyond withdrawal.
Your circumstances guide your care
Start with a conversation about your opioid use and your concerns about seeking help. An interventionist gathers your history, and our clinical team reviews your medical needs, home setting, and available support to assess whether home care is appropriate.
If the program is a fit, we’ll explain your individualized plan. Participation requires a designated support person who resides in the home and agreement to follow your provider’s recommended evidence-based protocol, including LathMized® NAD+ as adjunctive nutritional support. Learn about our clinical and recovery team.
Daily contact during the five-day program
The program includes six virtual visits with your care team. Your clinician checks in daily, records a detox evaluation, and reviews your response to care. Your interventionist also checks in each day at a separate time.
You or your designated support person measure and report your vital signs during virtual visits. If your clinician orders medications, labs, or imaging, those orders are sent electronically to the pharmacy or facility. Read the steps in your care.
Daily check-ins do not provide continuous monitoring. If you need additional onsite support, we can discuss arrangements and the separate cost. The team recommends another level of care when your needs require it.
Plan for care beyond withdrawal
Withdrawal management is one part of care. Your clinician discusses ongoing treatment for opioid use disorder and appropriate follow-up or referrals. The NAD+ supplement does not replace needed medications or continuing treatment.
On day six, you meet virtually with your care team to discuss your individualized aftercare plan, including recommended ongoing services and their costs. Learn about recovery coaching and family support.
Questions about your care
Does a clinician come to my home?
Most of your care takes place through virtual visits. You’ll need a designated support person, such as a friend or family member, who resides in the home. If you need additional onsite support, we can discuss arrangements and the separate cost during your consultation.
How are vitals, labs, and prescriptions handled?
You or your designated support person measure your vital signs and share them with your clinician during your virtual visit. When needed, your clinician sends orders for labs, imaging, or medications electronically to the appropriate facility or pharmacy.
Who can I contact after hours?
Our remote answering service is available around the clock and routes urgent calls to the assigned after-hours provider. This does not provide continuous monitoring or guarantee an immediate clinician response. For a medical emergency, call 911.
How long is the program?
The initial detox program lasts five days and includes six virtual visits with the care team. On day six, we meet with you virtually to discuss an individualized aftercare plan.
How much does care cost?
We’ll discuss program costs, insurance, and payment options during your private consultation. You can also ask about the separate costs of onsite support or recommended ongoing services.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
